Mononucleosis is one of those diseases that appear to be hard to cure, but in fact can be remarkably easy to cure. Saturation (bowel tolerance) levels of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) will eliminate symptoms of mono in a few days. To a public that has been taught to think of mono as a several week (or possibly several month) disease, this is scientific heresy.

It is really too bad that so many people hold that opinion without ever having tried intensive vitamin C therapy.
