A problem cannot always be solved at the level of the problem. In other words, where it hurts is not necessarily where the hurt is really coming from. Numbness and tingling of the extremities is frequently due to either an obstruction of nerve flow, or to a nutritional deficiency. The former may actually be a back problem; the latter a dietary one.
